About the 2022 Steeplechase Distance Run

NEW - Our 10K has been named the 2022 10K USATF NJ Masters Men and Women's Championship Race (700 points).  Cash prizes for top 3 M/W masters finishers (age graded) who are USATF members. $125 to 1st, $75 to 2nd and $50 to 3rd.

Runners, walkers, cancer survivors, physicians, families and friends will have three opportunities to participate in the 14th Annual Steeplechase Distance Run. 

  1. Join us in person on Sunday, September 25, 2022 at Amsterdam School in Hillsborough, NJ to participate in a 10K, 5K or 2 Mile. Bring the family as we also have sprints for kids age 2-11.
  2. Participate virtually by running, walking, biking or swimming a 10K, 5K or 2 Miles between September 16 and September 25.
  3. In addition, we invite you to challenge yourself to run, walk or bike 100 miles now through the month of September.   All finishers of this 100 Mile Challenge will receive a commemorative finishers medal.

No matter what evet you choose, each participant will receive a t-shirt and goodie bag. 

Funds raised through entry fees, individual and team fundraising and sponsorships will help support the Steeplechase Cancer Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Somerset. The Cancer Center offers comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of all cancers, enabling patients to see their doctors, undergo advanced outpatient treatment, and participate in promising cancer research studies all in one place close to home.
